Materials for Battery Springs

Nickel-Plated Wire:
This is the most common and widely used material for battery springs. It offers good conductivity, elasticity, and corrosion resistance, making it well-suited to meet the performance requirements of battery springs.

Phosphor Bronze Wire:
Phosphor bronze is another commonly used material, known for its excellent electrical conductivity. Due to its higher cost, it is typically chosen for high-end applications.

Beryllium Copper Wire:
Beryllium copper provides even better conductivity, elasticity, and strength than phosphor bronze. However, it is more expensive and is generally used in batteries with high-performance demands.

Stainless Steel:
Stainless steel offers outstanding corrosion resistance, making it ideal for use in humid environments or applications with special anti-corrosion requirements.
