Special Torsion Spring

  A custom-designed torsion spring used in applications where standard configurations are not suitable. It offers tailored torque output, arm geometry, and material options to meet specific mechanical or space constraints.


  A special torsion spring is a non-standard torsion spring designed according to specific mechanisms or application requirements. Compared to standard torsion springs, it offers customization in dimensions, shape, leg angles and orientations, as well as material selection. These springs are commonly used in systems with complex mechanical structures, limited space, or where specific torque output is needed.

1.Non-standard design: Can be manufactured based on customer-provided drawings or physical samples.

2.Adjustable torque: Torque output can be adjusted by modifying wire diameter, number of coils, and leg length.

3.Custom leg configurations: Spring legs can be straight, bent, hooked, Z-shaped, L-shaped, or asymmetrical.
